We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was nice, offering a variety of delicious options. The service in the restaurant was excellent, with attentive staff ensuring our needs were met. We were impressed by the animators/entertainers who did an amazing job keeping us entertained. Access to the beach was convenient, with just a short 1-2 minute walk.
No negatives from this place.

The breakfast was nice and the service in the restaurant was good. the key location of the hotel was great as it was only a 1, 2 minute walk to the beach. the animators/entertainers did a good job.
My Easter experience was ruined by the slow check, in process and their insistence to put a bracelet on our hand, which we rejected. This caused a heated argument further delaying the check, in.

the location of the hotel was convenient and quite close to the beach, which made it easy for us to access it without any hassle.
Our overall experience turned out to be a bummer. the check-in process was extremely slow and unsatisfactory.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and high-quality service. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and spa were perfect for relaxation.
The only issue we encountered was the slow check-in process, which did not live up to the hotel's standards. Nonetheless, the friendly staff made up for this minor inconvenience.
